Freekeh 850g SABAROT
Cousin of bulgur, smoked green wheat called Freekeh is wheat harvested before maturity and burned in its bark. It is very tender with a fairly sweet flavor and a slight smoky taste. Widely used in oriental cuisine for thousands of years, it is used in many savory or sweet recipes.
