Green lentils from Puy AOP 500g Sabarot
Formerly AOC and now AOP, Lentille verte du Puy comes from agriculture that respects nature. With an incomparable taste and recognized throughout the world by the greatest chefs, this Altiligrian product benefits from the microclimate of the volcanic lands of Velay. Its taste and texture (firm when cooked) are obtained thanks to the Haute Loire terroir. Don’t hesitate to cook it in a salad, with a small savory dish, with fish, or even as a dessert.

Preparation tips
Immerse the lentils in three times their volume of cold water. Cook for about 20 minutes from boiling. Only salt the lentils at the end. This package contains 6 servings of 80g.
