Preparation tips

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, boil 250mL of milk with 250mL of water. Remove from the heat, pour in the polenta and mix vigorously with a whisk to avoid lumps forming. Return to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. This package contains approximately 10 servings of 80g.
