Red quinoa 1 kg SABAROT

Called “Rice of the Incas”, quinoa has been cultivated since more than 5000 years BC Quinoa is used as a cereal, although it is part of the chenopodiaceae, like spinach and beets. Quinoa seeds look like small red discs. Firmer when cooked, it will have a more mineral taste than white quinoa.

Preparation tips

Cook the quinoa over low heat in three times its volume of water for about 10 minutes from boiling. This package contains 12 servings of 80g.
