PRODUCT DETAILSCook the snails and put them in their case with a knob of parsley butter. This box contains approximately 96 ready-to-use Burgundy snail shells.
After rinsing the shells, add a knob of prepared butter, add the snail meat then cover with a second knob of butter. Place in a very hot oven and serve when the butter begins to boil.
