CHILE’S FIRST ICON WINE
OCOA, ACONCAGUA VALLEY
Seña is a unique Bordeaux-style red blend with a very Chilean soul. Its predominant variety is Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Carmenere, which clearly ties it to Chile, while Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc round out the blend.

Vintage Conditions
The 2020 vintage was warm and early, producing dense, powerful, and rich wines with rounded tannins.
Warm conditions allowed rapid and even budbreak with early flowering in spring.
Moderate temperatures in December and January ensured even veraison and healthy grape development.
Cool Pacific Ocean winds in February helped preserve acidity and aromatic compounds.
Temperatures increased again in March, contributing to a rich and opulent style.
Harvest began earlier than usual, during the second week of March.
This vintage resulted in concentrated, powerful wines with depth, structure, and balance.
Vineyard & Philosophy
Seña was created in 1995 as a joint venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi.
The project aimed to create a Chilean wine of First Growth quality, combining Bordeaux structure with Chilean identity.
The vineyard is farmed under biodynamic principles, enhancing soil vitality and expression of terroir.
