CHILE’S FIRST ICON WINE
OCOA, ACONCAGUA VALLEY
Seña is a unique Bordeaux-style red blend with a very Chilean soul. Its predominant variety is Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Carmenere, which clearly ties it to Chile, while Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc round out the blend.

Vintage Conditions
The 2021 vintage was outstanding due to moderately cool conditions that enabled slow and smooth ripening.
Average winter rainfall reached 282 mm between May and October, helping restore aquifer levels.
The total heat summation was 1,425 degree days, slightly fresher than historical averages.
Spring temperatures were stable, allowing for optimal fruit set.
The summer was cooler and cloudier than usual, with refreshing rainfall (9 mm) in late January.
Moderately warm days in late March allowed grapes to reach perfect maturity.
Harvest progressed gradually across varieties, beginning with Malbec (late March to mid-April), followed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, and finishing with Carménère.
This vintage produced a vibrant, pure wine with excellent balance, freshness, and aging potential.
