Our unsweetened* frozen apple purée is made of fruit grown in France and picked at optimal ripeness.
We selected apples of the Granny Smith variety, a specific apple with a vivid green colour and a very fresh and tangy taste.

The Granny Smith apples used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and most colourful, to create a high gustatory quality purée.
The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their own particularities and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.
