SICOLY® no added sugar* frozen fruit purées and juices: frozen apricot purée

Our unsweetened* frozen apricot purée is made of fruit grown in the orchards of our own producers in France ( Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais). According to the harvest, some additional purchases of fruits can be made in the Rhône Valley (France).

No added sugar* apricot purée: quality warranty

The apricots used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.
The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their organoleptic qualities (taste, colour, texture) and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.
Fruits are first crushed and sieved while fresh, during the summer, in our own production facilities in Saint-Laurent-d'Agny.

SICOLY® unsweetened* frozen apricot purée offers a complete liberty of creation to all chefs worldwide, allowing them to adjust the sugar content of their recipes as they please.
The frozen apricot purée can be used in both sweet (pastries, ice-creams, sorbets, chocolates, etc.) and savoury recipes.
It can also be used in the beverage industry to create delicious cocktails,beers or other drinks.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Metro Manila and is charged separately. We do not offer free delivery. For destinations outside Metro Manila, the customer must arrange and assume responsibility for an agreed third-party carrier after coordination with Barrels & Beyond PH.

Returns & product concerns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If an incorrect, defective or damaged item is attributable to Barrels & Beyond PH, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photos so we can assess the appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
