SICOLY® no added sugar* frozen fruit purées and juices: frozen wild blueberry purée

Our unsweetened* frozen blueberry purée is made from wild blueberries, picked at optimal ripeness.
Wild blueberries are smaller than the cultivated ones but they are richer in taste (sweet, fruity and with strong aromas) to create a powerful purée that will surely seduce chefs.

No added sugar* wild blueberry purée: quality warranty

The bluekberries used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.

The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their organoleptic qualities (taste, colour, texture, etc) and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are processed in our own production facilities in Saint-Laurent-D'Agny.
