SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened "Alliance" raspberry purée is madefrom a well-balanced mix of different varieties of raspberries harvested at optimum ripeness.
The name "Alliance" of this frozen raspberry purée refers both tothe combination of different varieties of raspberries, all giving a specific feature to the purée ( colour, flavour, length on the palate, etc.) and to the sourcing in different countries, known for the quality of their crops.
Thanks to the great work of the SICOLY teams, and our experience as a fruit producer, we have managed to create a high quality and balanced product, the closest possible to the taste of fresh fruit.

The raspberries used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.

The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their own particularities and offer frozen fruit and juices withvery authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are processed in our own production facilities in France.
