| Taste: | Fruity on the palate with notes of raisins and apple peels as well as fine spiciness reminiscent of cardamom and bringing a slight coolness. Nutty character, marzipan, vanilla and pastry, with a touch of coffee and tobacco. |

The inspiration for the brandy Guarda Cantón Solera Gran Reserva comes from the painting "Guarda Canton", which is part of a collection of Spanish masters in the picture gallery of Bodegas Tradición.
"Guarda Canton" means Warden of the District. The Guarda Canton on the label is a bandolero, aware of its superiority and strength, proudly, fearlessly and calmly guarding its precinct in 19th-century Spain. With the same characteristics, Bodegas Tradición guards its centuries-old knowledge of traditional brandy production.
