Oita barley shochu "Kinoya" is a masterpiece named after Minami Sake Brewery's trade name "Kinoya".
Moromi (moromi) is made from carefully selected high-grade polished barley, and only the highest quality mash is used and distilled under normal pressure. It is then finished with minimal filtration.
A high-quality barley shochu that perfectly balances the soft, plump, fragrant and bitter taste of barley with a smooth, well-balanced aftertaste.
Alcohol: 25% / Made from Oita Barley, Shiro (White) Koji Yeast
Food pairing: Mixed nuts, Dried Fruits, Bitter Chocolate, Smoked Cheese & Ham
