Overview
La Estrada is a single-vineyard wine from Telmo Rodríguez, sourced from “Estrada Alta,” a small vineyard in Lanziego in Rioja.
The vineyard measures only 0.64 hectares and sits at an altitude of 610 metres, in the highest part of the town.
Originally planted in the 1940s, it is composed mainly of Tempranillo with some Graciano bushvines, traditionally grafted.
