Official Description
The Dalmore 21 Year Old is an exceptionally refined Highland single malt, representing the depth, elegance, and craftsmanship of The Dalmore’s Principal Collection. This whisky is matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being expertly finished in a combination of rare sherry casks and vintage Calvados casks.
The use of Calvados casks adds a distinctive orchard fruit dimension, layering complexity and freshness onto The Dalmore’s signature rich house style. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky with depth, finesse, and remarkable length.
Tasting Notes
Aroma Ripe apples, baked pears, vanilla, citrus zest, and soft spice.
Palate Orchard fruits, dark chocolate, toffee, gentle oak, and warming spice.
Finish Long and elegant, with lingering fruit sweetness and subtle oak.
