The Dalmore’s signature expression and the pinnacle of the Principal Collection. Our annual limited edition Dalmore 21 is finished in 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks.
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.
TASTING NOTES
The AROMA
Bitter dark chocolate, ripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple
The PALATE
Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan
The FINISH
Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
This is a whisky that has spent 21 years resting in the warehouses of The Dalmore Distillery.
It’s complex and refined and represents a real coming of age for The Dalmore.
