The Macallan’s Master Whisky Maker presents a peerless single malt whisky that has slowly matured over four extraordinary decades under the watchful eye of generations of whisky makers. The ‘new make’ spirit from The Macallan’s small copper stills was laid down in hand-picked oak casks and left to mature for forty years.

During these decades of slumber, the carefully selected wood shaped the unique character of the whisky, delivering the natural colour, distinctive aromas and full flavours of this aged single malt.

The oak presentation box is crafted by hand in the UK, using the same sustainable European oak used to make The Macallan’s casks. The box is upholstered with sustainably sourced, soft Scottish leather from Bridge of Weir Leather.

Best enjoyed neat, in a quiet moment, to appreciate its long maturation. Pair with fine dark chocolate, roasted nuts, aged hard cheeses, or serve as the centrepiece of a milestone celebration.
