Cuvée Garance is part of the Thiénot Family Collection, a range of Champagnes created in tribute to the Thiénot family’s heritage and future generations. Named after Garance, daughter of Stanislas Thiénot, this cuvée reflects both elegance and character.
The wine expresses the house philosophy of precision, balance, and purity of fruit.
The Blanc de Noirs Style
Blanc de Noirs Champagnes are produced from black grape varieties while maintaining a white wine style. In this cuvée, Pinot Noir brings structure, depth, and aromatic intensity while preserving freshness and elegance.
Careful vinification and extended maturation allow the wine to develop complexity while retaining vibrancy.
