Tasting notes: This 2018 Shiraz displays impressive bold tannins and ripe dark fruit character. Classic McLaren Vale chocolate and mint characters underlie the pure fruit of the Shiraz grape in this wine. Cool, patient cellaring of 10+ years will allow gradual development of fruit and oak character to create a rewarding sensory experience.
