Tasting notes: Bright Ruby, Plum and cherry with signature cranberry and anise notes from this block. Typical “F Block” mid palate sweetness forms a rich mouthfilling wine. Red fruit and spice with a dry refined finish. Winemaking: Grapes were hand harvested from our 10/5 clone vines from “F” block, and fermented in small open fermenters. Barrel aged for 16 months before bottling. Analysis: Residual Sugar <2.0 g/L pH 3.71 TA 5.1 g/L Alcohol 14.0%
