Variety: Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot, Tannat Tasting notes: Aromas of bright red cherries and cassis with perfumed hints of lavender spices. An elegant medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity. Subtle oaking emphasises the fruit flavours, with a lingering finish. This is a blend of four different grapes sourced from various producing areas and selected for their varietal characteristics which together make for a vibrant, supple wine with smooth tannins. It is comprised of Barbera from Paarl and Swartland, Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch, Sangiovese from Darling and Nebbiolo from Paarl.
