Tasting notes: Powerful intensity of forest berries, such as blueberries and blackberries intertwined with spice overtones of anise and cloves, mixing well with the ripe lift of Satsuma plums and chocolate, all enhanced by well-integrated oak freshness. Medium-bodied but textured, showing finesse and excellent balance of juicy layers of blackberry, spice, plum and dustings of cocoa. These flavours persist through to a very long lasting velvety smooth finish capped by structured, soft tannins and harmonious oak. Alcohol:14.5% Residual Sugar: 0.3g/L Total Acidity: 6.8g/L pH: 3.46
