Tasting notes: The 2018 Minutolo is delicate and understated, displaying chamomile, orange blossom, green melon and hints of ginger. The textures are round, cast across a medium-bodied frame with notes of baked pear and nuances of exotic spice. It finishes medium-long and clean, showing the slightest hint of tropical fruit. This is a pretty expression of the Minutolo grape, yet it leaves me craving more acidity to balance.
