Morgante Bianco Di Morgante 2022 DOC/IGT (3 x 750ml)

Bianco di Morgante is a white wine made from black Nero d'Avola grapes whose flesh is colorless. The wine is fermented without skin contact to avoid the dyes from the skin that would otherwise have given a red wine. The white wine has a good freshness, nerve and juiciness with an attractive salty taste at the end of the wine. Tasting notes: Light straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Very elegant at the nose, with pleasant floral and fruity tones, especially broom nectarine and citron rind. In the mouth, it is surprising how the freshness is well balanced with a pleasant saltiness, that extends its persistence. Pairs well with fish cooked in simple sauces, seafood with delicate marinade, grilled vegetables with mild olive oil. It deserves a wide glass that brings out its aromas.
