They are the feminine essence of wine, they are a tribute to women, their charm, their beauty and elegance.
Place of birth¬
Hills of eastern Veneto - harvest: at the end of August. I have an alcohol content between 12.0% and 12.5% in relation to the vintage.
Training¬
My grapes are harvested at a low temperature and kept in cold maceration for about 7 days. After pressing, when they are still must, ferment at temperatures no higher than 14 ° C for the entire duration of the vinification which lasts about 30-40 days. I rest on the lees for over 3 months with continuous blows that allow me to keep the aromas unaltered.
