The Ormanni Chianti and Chianti Classico are sincere, soil-driven wines, expressive of the Barberino Val d’Elsa area, where Sangiovese takes on a brooding, austere character, while still maintaining a generous, fruity core. Young, tasty Sangiovese with a fresh, fruit core and fragrant acidity to accompany most dishes. An Italian classic known and loved worldwide. Fresh, with aromas of violets and red fruits such as cherries and wild strawberries. Light to medium bodied, with delicate tannins and a fragrant acidity.
