Place of birth¬

Hills of eastern Veneto. Harvest: first days of September. I have an alcohol content of 12.5%

Training¬

My grapes are harvested at a low temperature and kept in cold maceration for about 7 days. After pressing, when they are still must, ferment at temperatures no higher than 14 ° C for the entire duration of the vinification which lasts about 30-40 days. I rest on the lees for over 3 months with continuous batonage that allow me to keep the aromas unaltered. After blending, I rest for a month in the tank before bottling.
