Variety: Corvina/Corvinone/Rondinella/Shiraz Tasting notes; Original wine obtained by drying one part of the fresh grapes, while the other part is crushed and then refermented altogether. After a period of maturation in wooden barrels, this wine is ready to astonish every taster. A wine excellent served alone as well as paired with red meat. It is recommended to serve in large glasses at 18°. A wonderfully ripe and opulent drop with the scent of pickled cherries, rosemary, liquorice, and rum pot. Cherry, plum, cocoa, and leather on the tongue. Powerful and at the same time very round and elegant.
