El Enemigo Chardonnay comes from high-altitude Gualtallary, where deep-calcareous, rocky soils give the variety natural freshness and mineral tension. The estate’s distinctive élevage in French oak under a veil of flor adds texture and savory complexity while preserving Chardonnay’s energy.

Citrus, orchard fruit and white flowers meet mineral, nutty and gently savory notes. The palate is textured and concentrated yet driven by bright acidity and a long, precise finish.
