Gran Enemigo is the estate’s flagship Mendoza blend, bringing together classic red varieties from high-altitude Gualtallary. The wine is conceived as a layered, age-worthy expression in which fruit, structure, freshness and limestone-driven character are held in balance.
Official Tasting Profile
Dark berries and plum are layered with violet, herbs, graphite and spice. The palate is deep and structured but energized by bright acidity and mineral tension, finishing long and savory.
