Gran Enemigo Chacayes is El Enemigo’s Cabernet Franc-led single-vineyard wine from Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley. The high-density vineyard sits on alluvial soils with limestone, giving the wine a combination of depth, freshness and mineral definition.
Official Tasting Profile
Dark berries, herbs and violet are layered with graphite-like minerality and spice. The palate is concentrated and structured, with fine tannins and a long, energetic finish.
