Variety: Gamay Noir Morgon La Chanaise is an assembly of different terroirs of the Mor-gon appellation. A light sorting and a partial destemming occur after hand harvest. Followed by a fermentation of 15 to 18 days with regu-lar punching down and pumping over. To enjoy the freshness and the suppleness of the 2019 vintage, drink it preferably between its third and fifth year. Tasting notes: Nose of cherry, morello cherry, mineral and some sweet spices. The palate is fresh and fruity with a beautiful persistence.
