Tasting note: Beautiful deep and sparkling purple colour. Expressive and complex with mountain aromatic plants, garrigue, spices and black fruits. Broad and smooth mouth with remarkable texture, silky and velvety tannins, and a lovely freshness. The finish is very long, pure and crystalline. Varietals: We find the symphony of 13 varieties of Châteauneuf du Pape, with a dominant aroma of grenache, and other red grapes varieties (syrah, mourvèdre, cinsault, counoise, muscardin, Vaccarese, terret noir) and white (grenache, roussane, clairette, bourboulenc, picpoul, picardan).
