Since 1999, Chateau d'Yquem has been part of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group and is managed by the famous oenologist Pierre Lurton. The vineyards extend over 113 hectares between the villages of Sauternes and Fargues, around 100 of which are in use, planted with around 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Yields are extremely low. No more than a glass of wine is made from a vine.
The grapes are carefully harvested to accurately control the degree of noble rot. In some cases, the juice is selected up to 12 times before it is vinified and then aged for 3 years in new French oak barrels.
The aromatic fullness, the high degree of alcohol and the relatively high acidity develop fantastically with age and give rise to aromas of spices, caramel and exotic fruits.

Delivery is available within and beyond Metro Manila. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Pickup is also available from our Pasig location.
