This time's "Edition Yamazakura" is based on "Edition No. 1", which is an exquisite blend of overseas malt whiskey and malt from the Nagahama Distillery. "Edition Yamazakura" is characterized by a pleasant fragrance reminiscent of fragrant wood that is wrapped in "Wa" and a gentle afterglow.
TASTING NOTES
The appearance is reddish amber. While maintaining the malty sweetness of Nagahama malt, it has a sweet, gentle and elegant fragrance derived from wild cherry blossoms. A “Japanese” flavor reminiscent of sakura mochi and plum. Gentle orange peel and black honey unique to the Amahagan series, and a gorgeous and elegant sweetness that spreads in your mouth. In the aftertaste, there is a leafy and comfortable astringency like tea.
