Vinification
• Selection of clusters manually.
• Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures.
• Fermentation using natural and selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C.
• The wine is stored in bottles for a minimum of 3 months.
Tasting Notes
Intense red color with purple tones.
Floral notes of roses, subtle spicy nuances of nutmeg and aromatic herbs reminiscent of oregano are perceived in its aroma.
On the palate soft and balanced textured tannins prevail, manifesting a pleasant volume and harmonic finish.
Serve at 16°C.
