Official Description
Brillat-Savarin is a celebrated French triple-cream cheese named after the renowned gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. Enriched with cream during production, it is known for its exceptionally smooth, rich, and indulgent character.
Made from cow’s milk, this soft-ripened cheese develops a thin bloomy rind while maintaining a luxuriously dense and buttery paste. It is regarded as one of France’s most elegant dessert and cheese-course cheeses.
