On the nose, you can expect sweet, rich marzipan and cinder toffee. On the palate, the sweetness continues with almost sherried notes of apricot, peach and plum, as well as a subtle spice.


Small Batch 270 Bottle Release

Our Madeira Cask Matured Single Malt Scotch Whisky is cask-strength, bottled at 56.8% ABV, and is non-chill filtered with natural colour. The teal blue label is a nod to the vibrant waters of this subtropical archipelago situated off the coast of Africa. There are just 272 bottles available in this limited-edition whisky release, so grab one while you can!

These whisky casks, once used to mature Madeira wine, have imparted a beautiful array of rich flavours to our Eden Mill whisky. 

We recommend you taste this Madeira cask whisky neat at first. While it is very drinkable even at cask strength, we advise to then add a small amount of water to open it up and bring out the flavours.

The Cask Mastery collection is a range of limited releases, with just 290 bottles of the rum cask-aged single malt, 500 bottles of the port cask-aged release and 270 of the madeira cask-aged single malt.
