Acetaia Giusti 2 Gold Medals Organic Champagnotta is the organic expression of Giusti’s classic 2 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Medium in density, it offers a velvety structure, delicate rounded acidity and a well-balanced relationship between sweetness and acidity.

Produced from organic cooked grape must and organic wine vinegar, the balsamic is matured in French oak barrels known as Grands Tonneaux. Its versatile profile makes it suitable for use both fresh and gently heated in cooking.

The aromatic profile is fresh and fruity, with good density and distinctive notes of mature fruit, licorice and black pepper.

Serving & Storage

Use raw in vinaigrettes, marinades, dipping sauces and salad dressings, or gently heat it as part of cooked preparations. Giusti also recommends reducing it in a pan for caramelized onions, escalopes or sauces.

It pairs particularly well with raw or grilled vegetables and mixed salads and can also be used in meat or fish tartare and carpaccio.

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Refrigeration is not required after opening.
