LAMB TAGINE
The intense cinnamon and dried fruits in the tagine trigger the same notes in the whisky. A perfect balance of sweet and sour.
GOATS CHEESE
The 21 year old brims with honey and raisin scents. Perfect with the creaminess of the cheese.
DARK CHOCOLATE
The bitterness of dark chocolate and the warmth of crystallised ginger go beautifully with the sherried oak of the 21 year old.
