Preparation

1. Mix one sachet of pudding powder with 50g (about 4 tablespoons) of sugar.
2. Blend with approximately 6 tablespoons of the 500ml milk until smooth.
3. Bring the remaining milk to a boil.
4. Remove from the heat, stir in the pudding mixture, then return to the heat and boil briefly while stirring continuously.
5. Pour into serving dishes and chill, or enjoy warm.
