Our frozen mandarin juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Sicily, a renowned location for the quality of its citrus fruits, with a specific tart and non-bitter taste.
They are picked at optimal ripeness to create a strong aromatic juice, the closest possible to the fresh fruit taste.

In order to offer frozen juices and purées that meet the high standards of chefs all around the world, the whole SICOLY® team thrive to create recipes of the highest quality possible.

The mandarins selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.

The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent-d'Agny) following a tailored process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
