FROZEN LIME JUICE
FROZEN LIME JUICE
From 2020, SICOLY® offers a full range of frozen purées and juices without added sugars*!
SICOLY® no added sugar* frozen juices: frozen lime juiceOur frozen lemon juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Mexico and picked at optimal ripeness to create a strong aromatic juice, the closest possible to the fresh fruit taste.
Frozen lime juice 100% : quality guaranteed
In order to offer frozen juices and purées that meet the high standards of chefs all around the world, the whole SICOLY® team thrive to create recipes of the highest quality possible.
The limes selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.
The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny) following a tailored process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
No added sugar* frozen lime juice for all food and beverage professionals
SICOLY® unsweetened* frozen lime purée offers a complete liberty of creation to all chefs worldwide, allowing them to adjust the sugar content of their recipes as they please.
The frozen lime juice 100% can be used in both sweet (pastries, ice-creams, sorbets, chocolates, etc.) and savoury recipes.
It can also be used in the beverage industry to create delicious cocktails (a great versatile basis for mojitos!),beers, and many more!
