SICOLY® no added sugar* frozen juices: 100% yuzu juice

Our frozen yuzu juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Japan, in the Kochi region (South of the Shikoku island).
The Kochi region concentrates almost half of the country citrus fruits production and is knowned worldwide for the quality of its crops.
The yuzus are picked at optimal ripeness to create a strong aromatic juice, the closest possible to the fresh fruit taste.

In order to offer frozen juices and purées that meet the high standards of chefs all around the world, the whole SICOLY® team thrive to create recipes of the highest quality possible.
The yuzus selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.
The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny) following an innovative process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).

SICOLY® unsweetened* frozen yuzu juice offers a complete liberty of creation to all chefs worldwide, allowing them to adjust the sugar content of their recipes as they please.
The frozen yuzu juice 100% can be used in both sweet (pastries, ice-creams, sorbets, chocolates, etc.) and savoury recipes.
It can also be used in the beverage industry to create delicious cocktails, original beers, sodas and many more!

Delivery

Delivery is available within Metro Manila and is charged separately. We do not offer free delivery. For destinations outside Metro Manila, the customer must arrange and assume responsibility for an agreed third-party carrier after coordination with Barrels & Beyond PH.

Returns & product concerns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If an incorrect, defective or damaged item is attributable to Barrels & Beyond PH, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photos so we can assess the appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
