Tequila 30-30 Cristalino is made from 100% Blue Agave and produced in Capilla de Guadalupe in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico.

Casa 30-30 identifies Blue Agave Tequilana Weber as its principal raw material and specifically highlights agave harvested in Los Altos de Jalisco for its high proportion of natural sugars.

Casa 30-30 begins production with mature Blue Agave Tequilana Weber grown within the Tequila Denomination of Origin.

After jima, the agave hearts are quartered and cooked in ovens. The cooked agave is then shredded and milled before the extracted agave juices undergo fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Distillation produces the tequila before maturation and subsequent bottling preparation.

Casa 30-30 states that its maturation process uses previously used American white oak barrels.

Casa 30-30 specifically recommends Cristalino with both savoury dishes and desserts.
