Tasting notes: Ripe, golden in appearance. S2 speaks of lanolin and ripe tropical fruits. The nose abounds with delicate herbal elements and aromatic sandalwood spice. The broad palate has firm structure which is neatly underpinned by subtle, layered acidity. Well after the final sip, warm flavours of candied orange peel and cinnamon spice gently prevail.
