Tasting notes: Concentrated aromas of red licorice and brambly black fruits, spiced poached plum, and chocolate, intertwined with very high quality French oak scents. A classical full-bodied Shiraz full of black fruits and chocolate. Add in blackberry and freshly brewed coffee, with swirls of five-spice characters, and the result is a wonderful celebration of McLaren Vale. French oak blend with the fine grained tannins contribute to ensure a persistent and luscious finish. Alcohol: 14.9% Residual Sugar: 3.6g/L Total Acidity: 7.5g/L pH: 3.38
