Álvaro Palacios Finca Dofí Priorat DOCa 2018
Product Description
Finca Dofí 2018 is a single-estate Priorat from Álvaro Palacios, centered on Garnacha grown on steep llicorella slate slopes around Gratallops. It combines ripe Mediterranean fruit with floral, mineral and herbal complexity.
Vineyard & Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from the Finca Dofí vineyard and handled with a focus on preserving freshness and site character. Maturation in French oak supports the wine's structure without masking the mineral expression of Priorat.

Red and black fruit with violets, Mediterranean herbs, spice and crushed-stone minerality.

Concentrated yet refined, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.
