Tasting notes: Bright with a greenish hue. Citric aromas and delightful minerality combine with subtle, herbal notes. Flavours of Lime and lemon zest as well as a clear underlying minerality. A hint of herbaceous flavours and pleasant salinity. A very fruity and expressive wine with an elegant finish enhanced by the three months of lees contact post-fermentation. Review: 83 points, Wine Enthusiast Aromas of yellow apples, canned peas and green beans lead to a palate with underdeveloped flavours. A short finish is merciful, as this is one of those Chilean SBs that resides on the green side.
