Product Description
Quinta Apolonia 2021 is Belondrade's fresher, more varietal interpretation of Verdejo and functions as the estate's second white wine. It blends wine from younger estate vineyards with selected components from the winery's barrel-fermented program.
Vinification & Aging
The 2021 wine is assembled from Verdejo fermented in stainless steel and concrete egg together with a barrel-fermented component, creating a balance between freshness and texture.
Tasting Profile
Pale yellow in color, with peach, apricot and subtle tropical-fruit aromas. The palate is broad, creamy and velvety, with marked acidity, freshness and a long finish.
