Belondrade y Lurton 2020 is the flagship white of Belondrade, produced from estate-grown Verdejo in Rueda. The 2020 blend is led by Verdejo with a small proportion of other varieties, showing ripe yellow fruit, balance and a more developed profile.

The estate harvests its plots by hand and vinifies them separately. Fermentation is spontaneous and the wine is aged on its lees in French oak before final selection and assemblage, followed by further bottle aging prior to release.

Layered white and yellow fruit with citrus, subtle floral and mineral notes, framed by integrated oak. The palate is broad and textured yet fresh, with a persistent finish and the characteristic gentle bitterness of Verdejo.
